Price increase for plasma/serum abundant protein depletion
Due to the increased price of Thermo’s Top14 abundant protein depletion kit, we have had to increase our price for the serum/plasma abundant protein depletion service. Please contact proteomicscore@utsouthwestern.edu with any questions regarding this.

Our prices have increased by 2% in order to cover increasing costs of service contracts and supplies.

Now offering abundant protein depletion of human plasma/serum
We now offer abundant protein depletion of human plasma or serum (up to 100 uL) using Thermo’s Top14 protein depletion kit. This is useful for obtaining deeper proteomic coverage of plasma and serum samples. The cost is $100/sample.
Now offering analysis of FFPE samples
We are now offering a service for the analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) samples. Please contact the Proteomics Core for more details.

TMTpro now available
We are now offering TMTpro analysis, which allows for multiplexing of 16 samples into a single run. The cost is $3200 for 1 set of 16 samples.
